Terms and Conditions

1.Sales Contract
By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.

2. Make a Booking
The booking should be made through svietnamtrip.com website or e-mail to:

3. Confirm booking & Voucher
All confirmations are generally confirmed by e-mail within 1 (one) working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation. Voucher will be issued by TopVietamTravel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed.  A service voucher will be given for customer directly or by email.

4.Cancellations & Refund
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either via email or fax. Cancellations will be charged as follows:

• Over 45 days prior to the departure date: 10%
• 45-30 days prior to the departure date: 30% charge
• 30-10 days prior to the departure date: 50% charge
• 09-05 days prior to the departure date: 70% charge
• Less than 05 days prior to the departure date: 100% charge
  Cancellation of tour for reasons related to a situation of force majeure, such as government restriction or regulation, health, natural disasters, acts of God, etc., customers will be refunded the amount depending to circumstances. If the tour has not yet to take place, full refund will be made. If the tour is ongoing, partial refund will be made.
  No refunds or exchanges can be made while the tour in ongoing and the customer decides to opt out. If you do not use any of the service, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.
  5. Infant and Child Policy

Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at time of booking

6. Travel Insurance (recommended)
Top Vietnam Travel does everything possible to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip. However, travel inevitably involves some unavoidable risk. Travel insurance is a cost effective way of protecting yourself and your equipment should any problems occur such as cancelled trips, delays, medical emergencies, baggage loss or damage. Please also make sure your travel insurance covers all activities planned on your trip so you can enjoy peace of mind during your journey.

7. Quality guarantee
Our every single partner is handpicked carefully and seriously to make sure you will have the most comfortable and pleased stay. We make inspections of all our products and services regularly. In the case our services does not match your expectations, we will figure out the reasons in order to compensate your dissatisfaction.

8. Feedback
If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, you should report it to your tour guide so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem. Any feedback made to Top Vietnam Travel following the conclusion of the tour should be made in writing within 14 days of completion of the tour. In the event that you do not notify us in writing within 14 days, our ability to investigate negative feedback may be prejudiced.

9. Privacy policy
Any personal information that we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a Trip or to send you marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to operate the Trip.  We will otherwise treat your details in accordance with our privacy policy.
